Drum Seeding
The SIGMA80 automated seeding line is a robust and efficient solution designed for professional nurseries requiring high precision, uniformity, and operational reliability.
Engineered for consistent performance, the SIGMA80 integrates tray handling, substrate filling, seeding, covering, watering, and stacking into a single compact and well‑balanced line.
The system ensures accurate seed placement and uniform substrate distribution across all tray cells, supporting optimal germination results. Thanks to its ergonomic layout, intuitive controls, and flexible configuration options, the SIGMA80 is well suited for a wide range of tray formats and production requirements.
The machine is available in left‑hand or right‑hand versions, allowing seamless integration into different nursery layouts and production flows.

2-movements pneumatic tray destacker for polystyrene trays.
Hopper capacity 900 liters. Conveyor belt with rollers and paddles shaft agitator on hopper’s bottom.
Double chain soil elevator, width 690 mm.
Tray filler with 4 blades longitudinal rotor, with rotation reversing gear.
Double auger spillway with motorized brush for tray cleaning.
Recycling hopper for exceeding soil with auger.
Dibbler drum with cleaning brush.
Sowing drum with brass inserts: the inserts allow the creation of precise holes starting from 0.15 mm in diameter.
