ALFA65
Drum Seeding
The ALFA65 is a compact and versatile row seeding line designed for nurseries seeking reliable performance and consistent results in small to medium production environments.
Its modular layout allows it to integrate easily into existing workflows while maintaining a simple and efficient operating process.
The ALFA65 can work with a wide range of tray types, including polystyrene, thermoformed, and rigid injection‑moulded trays. Optional automation solutions allow for the insertion of empty containers into the line, supporting smooth and continuous operation.
Uniform tray filling ensures even substrate distribution across all cells, creating a consistent base for seeding. The seeding process is precise and controlled, placing seeds accurately into each cell while forming a dibble hole that positions the seed centrally and at the correct depth.
