The BUFFERSEP is an automated buffer table engineered to degroup and arrange bunched pots and trays into single, neat units.

This machine streamlines intermediate production stages by receiving container batches directly from a transport fork onto its feeding buffer belt. From there, a specialized bar system automatically identifies individual rows and advances them one at a time.

Once separated, the containers proceed automatically as single units along the output belt. This organized layout allows an operator to easily access the units for direct processing or automatically advances them to the next phase of the production line.
