The CARICATORECC is an automated handling system engineered to load seed trays, plug trays, and containers onto the shelves of standard Danish trolleys (DC – Danish Containers) and customized racks.

Designed to integrate directly at the end of a production line, this machine automates the final loading phase to maximize greenhouse processing efficiency.

The machine features an automated pick-up system that collects containers from an initial accumulation position and places them onto open trolley shelves until the unit is completely filled. Once the loading cycle is complete, the fully loaded trolley is automatically discharged and replaced with an empty one to maintain a continuous workflow.
