Automatic Labelling Machines
The EACPOTS combines an automatic pot destacker with an EAC pneumatic labeller into a single, synchronized automation machine.
Operating at continuous speeds up to 2,400 pots per hour, the system uses an integrated pad to apply labels directly onto individual pots before they are separated from the stack and released onto the outfeed belt. This process delivers perfectly ordered, pre-labeled pots that are ready for immediate use down the production line.
The system features an automated feeding belt for stacks of empty pots to support non-stop, continuous operation with minimal labor requirements. It is fully automated, managed by an internal PLC, and programmed via an integrated touch-screen control panel.
