KAPPA65C
Row Seeding

The KAPPA65C is a fully integrated, modular row seeding line designed to automate the entire planting cycle for small-to-medium scale nursery productions.
Compatible with polystyrene, thermoformed, and rigid injection-moulded plastic trays, the line features a continuous PVC conveyor belt that moves containers through a multi-stage process: automatic tray filling with adjustable soil density, synchronized precision seeding, covering, watering, and final stacking. An optional empty container distributor can also be integrated to automate tray feeding based on your specific container type.
At the core of the line is an electronically synchronized seeding bar that creates the dibble hole and deposits seeds row-by-row, ensuring they are perfectly centered at the correct depth. The system delivers an output of up to 2,400 rows per hour (120 containers per hour for 200-cell trays).
Designed for fast changeovers, the seeding nozzles can be rapidly swapped out to accommodate small or large seed varieties without additional component costs. The cycle concludes at an automated balance stacker, which organizes newly seeded trays into neat stacks for efficient palletizing and transport.
