The RC65 is a robust soil filler designed to deliver compact, evenly distributed substrate into trays, pots, and production containers before they enter the seeding stage. Substrate delivery is managed by an adjustable-speed 4-blade rotor, allowing operators to precisely calibrate the final soil density within the cells.

Built with an integrated feeding belt system, the RC65 transitions seamlessly between standalone operation and installation within an active production line.

The machine is specifically optimized for operations requiring frequent substrate changeovers during production. Both hopper emptying and full component cleaning are designed to be fast and straightforward, minimizing downtime and saving operator labour.

Additionally, the RC65 features manual adjustment cranks for rapid, self-centering alignment of different container widths. To further enhance resource efficiency, an excess soil recovery belt can be integrated as an optional accessory.
