RP1
Template Filler



The RP1 is a highly adaptable template filling machine engineered for the uniform, waste-free soil filling of diverse container types.
It seamlessly processes round or square pots configured within shuttle and marketing trays, specialized hydroponic pot trays, or individual ornamental hanging baskets. Soil density and compaction are regulated by a heavy-duty steel-bladed cross-rotor. All core rotor parameters including speed, rotation direction, and the number of processing passes are managed via a programmable central PLC with a touch-screen interface.
A key engineering advantage of the RP1 is its fixed-height infeed belt. When adjusting for different container heights, the machine modifies only the vertical position of its central unit via touch-screen inputs while the conveyor belt remains stationary. This fixed-height configuration provides excellent operational benefits when the machine is integrated into an automated production line. Furthermore, the RP1 is constructed so that its primary mechanical components never make direct contact with the soil, resulting in minimal long-term maintenance requirements and high operational efficiency.
