RW8POTS
Transplanting Machine
The RW8POTS is a robotic transplanter engineered for high-precision transplanting of young seedlings into pots.
The machine utilizes individually programmable wireless grippers, allowing it to adapt to all commercial tray types available on the market while reducing production times and labour costs.
The transplanter operates with up to 10 grippers on a single row, providing a maximum working width of 1,000 mm. Built to accommodate diverse cultivation requirements, the system can be configured to deposit seedlings in either single or multiple configurations within the same pot.

Control panel with 8.4” color touch-screen for machine programming and self-diagnostics.
Possibility to set different multiple deposit configurations.
Possibility to set side pick-up, to avoid leafage damage.
Easily removable grippers; minimum installation interaxis, i = 31 mm.
For pots with a diameter from 100 to 200 mm, maximum height 180 mm.
Pots conveyor belt at deposit side, available lengths L = 4000 / 5000 / 6000 mm.
Pots passage height, H = 350 mm available as accessory.
