Drum Seeding
The SEMANTHEA is a compact, high-speed drum seeder engineered for growers requiring maximum output and minimal operational downtime.
Driven by a central PLC system with a user-friendly 8.4” colour touch-screen interface, this machine delivers precise, high-speed sowing at capacities reaching up to 1,600 trays per hour.
The system includes both electrical and manual adjustment devices, allowing operators to quickly calibrate sowing heights, dibbling depth, and tray alignment on the fly.
For advanced production layouts, the SEMANTHEA offers modular expandability to support a second or third sowing drum. This multi-drum configuration allows nurseries to execute multi-seed sowing, manage staggered tray patterns, or dispense seeds and chemical granular treatments into a single cell simultaneously in a single pass.
