The SEMKAPPA65 is a compact, electromechanical row seeder engineered to fully automate the planting process for production nurseries.

Compatible with all tray varieties including polystyrene, thermoformed, and rigid injection-moulded plastic the machine features an integrated conveyor belt system with automatic, synchronized container movement. It delivers a high-capacity output of up to 2,400 rows per hour, which yields 120 finished containers per hour when using 200-cell trays.

The automated mechanism utilizes a precision nozzle bar that suctions and deposits seeds row-by-row. In a single, continuous process, the machine punches the planting hole and drops the seed directly into the centre of the cell at the correct depth.

Designed for high operational flexibility, operators can rapidly switch out seeding nozzles to transition between small and large seed varieties without additional costs. The SEMKAPPA65 operates efficiently as a standalone unit or integrated directly into an existing production line.
