TP2800 – TP2400
To Cover The Potted Plant Collar
The TP2800 and TP2400 are automatic pot toppers engineered to finalize the seedling transplant cycle by uniformly covering the plant collar with soil, bark, miscanthus, rice husk, or similar materials.
Controlled entirely through a single remote control panel, the machines feature an integrated PLC that saves settings for specific production runs, minimizing machine management and configuration times when changing over from one pot size to another.
To ensure consistent material distribution, bottom alignment guides at the discharge chute stabilize each pot during its forward travel. A height-adjustable tube leveler then skims off excess top-covering material, automatically putting it back into system circulation to eliminate waste. Built with a standard belt feeding system, the TP2800 and TP2400 can be easily integrated into any automated production line layout.
